Temporary mess

Unfortunate timing as renovations are in full swing. Will be nice when done. Staff is doing the best they can. Wish our room wasn't right by the construction. No sleeping in during this stay. Will stay here again. Can't wait till the lobby is done.

(Soon To Be) Fully Remodeled Hotel Near Airport

Pros: Room was very nice, everything was new.
Cons: The remodeling mess on the first floor was a bit of inconvenience but it will be nice when they are done.
They are currently in the middle of remodeling this hotel. The room we stayed in was fully updated and very very nice. But much of the first floor is under construction. We chose this hotel because it is 600 ft from access to light rail in Cleveland. So if you want to visit any of the areas served by Cleveland light rail system but don't want to pay hotel rates you will find elsewhere in the area, including downtown, you are a short train ride away from it all.

Great for the price

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this hotel. Even though the hotel was undergoing some updates and construction was going on, it wasn't an issue. We must have been in one of the new rooms, bc it was super clean. I LOVE the vinyl flooring! Everything was so clean and didn't give you the cheap hotel feel. For $117 it was a great deal.

very nice hotel

Pros: location
Cons: Thw hotel was being improved while we were there.
Location: was there to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
comfortable, even while construction was going on.

Did not tell me it was under construction

The gym was closed. Which I ask when I called if they had one an they told me yes! They never sdded it was closed. Woke up early for there breakfast only to find stale muffins and a piece of toasted. Check out early to got find something to eat!

My vacation

This was our first vacation in forever, when we got to Cleveland, our hotel was having a major renovation, and we were not aware of this, we would gone to another hotel if we had known, the room and the people we're nice, but, overall, not cool!

Hotel currently under construction

The hotel is currently under construction. If it would have states that when I booked I would have stayed somewhere else. The staff was great, but as much construction as it is under, I believe they should have just closed the hotel until it was done

hotel near Cleveland airport

The hotel is under construction. The reception desk is in one of the hotel rooms. The breakfast is in another hotel room. There was nothing edible in there -- eggs were rotten, bananas were rotten, coffee was stale. Our hotel room had lots of little bugs - similar to gnats or fruit flies - coming out of the sink. The drywall dust was pretty much everywhere. I was told the construction has been going on for 8 months. They really need to warn people not to stay here.

Convenient to airport

Brand new remodel rooms! Shuttle staff was great even with a 2.5hr flight delay arriving at 2am.
