We were given the room keys three different times and had to go up and down three times when they didn’t work. And lady at desk front was sleeping and irritated at us. Finally gave us a new room but very inconvenient.

We booked this hotel specifically for the 24 hour shuttle service to the airport as listed,however upon checking in the girl was newer and said I had to request the shuttle in the morning. At 4am we headed to lobby to be told the shuttle didn’t start until 8am! Our flight was at 6 so we had to drive and pay to park at the airport. The hotel is old and gross,not somewhere I’d stay at again.

King size room with a foyer, 2 separate sinks and a fold out couch. It ferls like your living in a efficiency. I have been there four times and I’m looking forward to staying many times in the future. Oh, and the breakfast selections are DELICIOUS!

I’ve stayed at this property several times. It is in need of major renovations. Ceiling in the bathroom was cracked and pieces looked like they were about to fall. Sliding doors were loud and heavy. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was great.

The outside ground area was dirty and most outside doors would not open with your key card. The lobby was nice, but my room (king); was outdated/old furniture. It looked nothing like the images online when I was booking. Room had a small odor. I didn’t like how many guests with dogs here.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Property was average. Had a problem with refrigerator but it was replaced. Shower was really loud. Had some noisy neighbors above me but overall for a night stay it wasn't to bad. I'd have no problem staying again.

We checked in and right back out. The hotel bathroom was moldy, room smelled musty, the sheets were stained. Waiting to see if they refund me since we stayed 5 min and left because of how terrible it was.

Our first room we checked into smelled like smoke, althoigh it was a non-smoking room. The staff changed pur room without any problem, and our room was good from there. The hotel is an older hotel, but the beds were good and we had everything we needed. The staff was very accommodating.

We ended up staying only 1 night at the hotel instead of 3. Upon check-out on October 4th 2023, Carlton told us he had refunded Expedia for the 2 remaining nights. On the night of October 3rd, being so dissatisfyed with the room, I chated online with Ahmed from Expadia. He had me wait while talking to the hotel. When he came back, he said we could not be refunded. We want the refund that Radisson Hotel gave back to Expedia as Carlton, the front desk guy confirmed with us.

Horrible Check In Experience....
It started with a late night arrival. I drove 5 hours for a professional football game the next day in Cleveland. So that I would not need to look for a room late when I arrived, I booked a room through Hotels.com, I received a confirmation number and presented it at the check in counter when I arrived. 40 minutes later, my grandson and I got the keys to our room. Though Your employees found my reservation, they could not locacte payment from Hotels.com after calls to them and other delays, your employees figured it out, it was there all the time. I received no discount, no complimentary breakfast, nothing other sorry this took so long. Bad experience, I will not stay with you in the future.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT STAY HERE! Hotel is in terrible disrepair. Terribly Understaffed! One person at 10:30 at night checking in 25 guests. No restaurant on property as description states. Breakfast offering is a total joke. Beds are small, pull out sofa beds are covered in stains, mattresses are falling apart and springs are poking through. Linens are stained and torn, mold on the walls in hallways, bathrooms AND rooms. Wallpaper is peeling off walls, bleach stained carpet in hallways, light fixtures with broken glass and barely hanging on the walls. Carpets are FILTHY!! Doorknobs loose and almost coming off doors. The hallways/main areas of hotel are HOT AF, NO ventilation and smells like straight up weed and plug in air freshener chemicals to try to cover it up. This hotel should be condemned!! We had a 4 night stay booked (prepaid through Travelocity). At check in, we were told pool was closed. That was a deal breaker since I had grandkids who were expecting to swim. Another woman came to the front desk and told me that the pool was actually open (it had opened a few hours prior), so we decided to check in since the lobby area was at least average at best. BIG MISTAKE! We checked out first thing next morning with the promise that our money for the balance of stay would be refunded only to find out that Carlton (front desk mgr) LIED and would not approve it with Travelocity. Pool was also closed again next morning. Go to Hampton Inn down the road. trust me

Carpet is trashed throughout hotel, everything is old and outdated. Some door locks don’t work and the entire place smells like swishers sweet cigars. It’s definitely a party hotel kids and people running around until 4am

The girl who checked us in was very friendly but then they asked for another credit card payment for incidentals and you could tell the owners were very cheap. The carpets were stained and burnt. The entire place was extremely dirty and the included breakfast they advertised was as an extra $8 per person. There was also trash and storage all around like the place is a run down trailer park.

I have stayed at this property many times over the past 25 years. Held or attended many an event as well. This outstanding property needs an owner who cares. The bed we had, didn't have a fitted sheet, instead a top sheet was used, and there was no mattress pad. So by morning the bottom sheet was all over the place. There was some guy passed out in the lobby, could have been a guest, but who knows? The pool was out of service, so guests with kids should check first. The grounds need mowing, and the R disson signage is missing a letter. There is a ton of competition around the area now, and Radisson really needs to pick up its game. It is a nice property with tons of potential but needs an owner who cares
