Ripped off

Got to hotel. They needed my card for security deposit which I would be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. What they didn't tell me is they charged me for the room as well which was a additional full cost of the room. when I already paid through my online traveling service making the charges to my account triple the amount . calling making my online travel service aware of the problem. After a week I received my security deposit back but not the money for the room they charged me. So called my online travel service again as they called the hotel to fix it. This time my travel service has giving me a credit off my next hotel purchase with only a month to use this so called "gift". I'm still waiting for my refund!

Room had multiple hairs in bathroom. Not properly staffed. Check in clerk not very smart. Or professional.

My experience was not as expected. Definitely would choose a better hotel with friendlier service, but didn’t have too much of a choice due to the situation I was in. Cleanliness is a major factor here and they did not provide that. Would recommend better care of the rooms.

Not clean at all

I asked for a non smoming room, and it smelled like an ashtray. Dirty carpet . The showercurtain was so dirty. Hotel staff not friendly at all.

Close to the parks and easy traverse anywhere you

Already posted on facebook. Really nice all round.Friendly helpful staff. Clean,nice breakfast and in room coffee,microwave fridge,internet,and high enf Samsung T.V. Backs up to the park no nasty traffic. Not a resort, but its a "home away from home"

Overnighting near the airport

For our overnight stay near the airport, Ramada Cleveland Airport West was ideal for us. We were attracted by the low price that included free airport shuttle service and free help-yourself breakfast. The room was clean, the service friendly and responsive. We got in near midnght, they picked us up 10 minutes after we called, and dropped us off at the car rental office the next morning.

Staff could clean better and be more greetable

Pros: Continental Breakfast
Cons: Everything that I mentioned in my review.
No smoke detector on the wall (was missing), refrigerator didn’t work. Carpet was dirty (not visibly) but do not walk on your bare feet. Beds were rock hard and the pillows were as if they filled them with air. Would not recommend.

Gross and disgusting

Literally did not use the shower or brush teeth with water from the dirty sink. Shower stall is covered with black mold. When we turned the showerhead on we watched the dirt from the floor of the shower rinse down the tub. Worst experience in a hotel. Would have left if we hadn't gotten in so late to leave so early. Creepy area too. Bar attached to restaurant. Not a family place.
