Shuttle Service is inadequate

I booked for a group of 9 guests who need to take the shuttle to the airport early in the morning. Unfortunately, the hotel was incapable to accommodate our request and called a taxi for part of my group. We ended up having to pay for airport transportation on our own. To top it off, I actually called in the afternoon to let the hotel know that we would be arriving late and requested a reservation for the shuttle. The manager, Rebecca said it would be handled upon checking in only, which did not work out for us.
