i really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly environment, good breakfast, and reasonable garage parking.

Good price due to the location of the hotel

Overall, my stay went well.The location is walking distance to Progressive field. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The only downsides were that they were working on the hotel that started around 8am which I wasn't informed about until I checked in. Also there was a $9 a day parking fee which isn't in their ad.

Will not return

Really disappointed with the cleanliness. The tub wall had dirt on it and there was hair in the tub- definitely hadn't been cleaned. We requested a crib for our 3 month old and it was a pack and play that had dust on it and looked quite used. We understood they were renovating- we could look past those issues, but we were terribly disappointed with the cleanliness. Unfortunately we didn't notice the tub until the morning. I wouldn't have stayed. When we told the front desk they apologized but did nothing about it.

Pros: The hospitality and staff made your very comfortable, they catered to your needs.
The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, hotel room was excellent. The parking next door was excellent.

Not a lasting impression

Upon our arrival, the desk clerk was very helpful. The night manager however was very grumpy and rude to her, she was just being helpful with the automatic door malfunction. He treated us like we were idiots not knowing how to trip the sensor (which we attempted several times). Breakfast the next morning was not wonderful either. The eggs were runny and the sausage was greasy. The packaged peanut butter was expired. The location was quiet for our sleep, but the bed was uncomfortable. The shower fan was noisy. The wifi did not work at all, even after several attempts to get connected. The daytime desk clerks were not very helpful and acted as if we were an interruption to their day. One bright spot was the day manager. He was extremely helpful with directions out of town, which could not happen soon enough for us! We were very disappointed because generally speaking, we do not have issues with choice hotels.

Poor experience

Even though I prepaid my hotel months in advance, and checked in at 3:45 p.m., the hotel still somehow managed to give another customer a key to my room, where they tried to enter at 1:30 a.m. in the morning. When addressed with front desk, they kept saying I needed to speak to a manager. When I finally spoke to the GM two days later, he only agreed to issue a $40 refund for this horrible experience.

For business travelers only..

The room was small for four people.. The bathroom was small. The beds were comfortable but the worst bit is the construction next door.. Oh man.. It was difficult to sleep beyond 7 am. And don't go for breakfast. It's nothing but pancakes and hard scrambled eggs. It's located in the heart of town and I would use it for a business trip but not for a family holiday..
