Good and quiet location

Good location. Had enough amenities you would need for a short or extended stay. Bar, Restaurant, and a Starbucks. Recommended for those visiting Cleveland and will have a car or will uber around the city.

Location: Great location for ball park and other downtown sites
The shuttle service was great especially since it was raining! Carl, the van driver was fantastic

Over half hour to check in at 3:30pm, rm not ready

Pros: I think the staff genuinely tried to be helpful.
Cons: Hotel need a major upgrade.
Location: No problem, good location.
There was no valet in front. There was a 20 minute line to check-in, then room wasn't ready for another 10 minutes. Staff gave us cookies, a free drink and breakfast, none that we were able to use due to busy schedule. It was hard to take after 6 hour drive. The room had handicapped bathroom so water from shower rolled across bathroom floor to drain. Only one sink in bathroom. When we checked out and left parking lot our room key didn't work though it was suppose to be validated, we paid for it. The people stuck behind us let us use theirs!

We stayed at the Double Tree for a night after the Cavs game. It was about a $5 Uber ride from the hotel. The hotel had a complimentary shuttle service into downtown, but we didn't want to wait for it to come back around so we just Ubered. We stayed in a single queen bed room. It was small, but good enough for a night of sleep. Very clean. Friendly staff. It also had a decent view of Lake Erie too.

close to R&R HOF

Pros: short walk to HOF/easy in and out of parking garage
Cons: clean the windows! we had 9th floor and hoped to have a view/windows were so dirty that we kept the curtains closed; it was rather disgusting!
Location: view of lake/close to HoF/not much else nearby/we drove to restaurants
we had a nice visit to Cleveland but will stay at another hotel in the future

Quiet location

Overall experience was very nice, but the calling list of the pool and hot tub that could've been better. In the staff at the restaurant needs more. Was slow with one person working.

Unexpected fees

I will give it a 3 all around, all but 200 a night an don't get as much as a complimentary Apple or orange in the morning..3.00 for small glass orange juice

Nice hotel close to lake

The hotel is just beside Rock and Roll Museum. There are restaurants near by the hotel within walking distance. My room was on the lake side. The only issue was I could hear "train" or "subway" ringing all the night. I woke up several times. My friend got a room not having lake view. My friend told me the room he had was quiet and he did not hear the ringing for the "train" or "subway".

Pros: Friendly staff. Great location--close to restaurants and other activities. Great view of the lake.
Just a brief overnight but very comfortable and clean.

Great stay

Come in once a year for a Cavs game. Shuttle picks up and drops off. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The family loves this hotel.
