The property itself is amazing. It's located within a short walk to Little Italy restaurants and the Rail system that takes you directly to the heart of Cleveland AND the rail system is only $5 for an all day ticket. It's also very close to a ton of other restaurants and cool stuff to see like museums, churches, and parks.
My issue is this. What they promise on Expedia is not what you get. They say that you have access to a gym, but do not explain that you have to pay $20 a day or $50 a month to use it. They say that you get free bottled water and what you get is 2 bottles of water in the fridge even though I stayed there for 18 nights (sounds like they could have provided 18 nights x 2 bottles a day of water in my fridge). They only give you 2 towels and there is no housekeeping. They provide 2 boxes of laundry detergent (powder, not liquid like the washing machine is designed for) and each box is only good for 1 load. When I called to get more towels, I was asked how many I needed and asked for 5. They responded with, "FIVE! Well I guess I can put the request in and see if we can do that or not." Also, I didn't get those towels until 2 days later. Also, they say that there is 24/7 front desk. This is not true. The "front desk" is a 1-800 phone number and when I called to complain about the false advertising, it went to voice mail and when I left my name and number, I never got a call back.
Great place, horrible service. Bring your own towels and detergent.
