Check in and check out was quick. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was limited when we went down at 9am, they had run out a few items so we had coffee and pastries. Overall, location was great, close to the Rock Roll Hall of Fame. The parking fee is $55 so be prepared for that extra cost.

We stay there to go to a Cleveland guardians game and the location was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, but the elevators did not work well and it caused a lot of weight around. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We did a one night stay at the Hampton as it was a convenient stop over on our larger trip. The hotel was easy to get to off of I-90, though the parking situation was unclear when we arrived as the area in front of the hotel was full. We were able to go around the block and pull up in front of the hotel for valet parking (which is pricey! $55 per night!) and unload. Check in was smooth and the room was nice and clean. At night it seemed like noise would be a problem as we could hear conversations from the hall and all the engines outside on the road (we were on the 11th floor), but with white noise we didn't notice it. The breakfast was busy but good and we were able to find a table for 3. Overall, a good stopping point on a long drive.
