Is a bit noisy if you get a room right on the main street there. A lot of cars blasting music. If that bothers you, you might wanna recommend a room away from the street where the valet is.

We checked in during the international internet outage. And the 2 ladies behind the counter were great - they kept their cool and their sense of humor and they kept the long line of people updated and aware of what was happening. With no computers they checked us all in manually - with pen and paper. These 2 ladies (3pm on Friday 7/19/24) had excellent customer service skills and they turned what could have been a disaster into a positive experience. Give these ladies the credit they deserve !!

Stay was okay. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our bathroom door was very squeaky, so unfortunately, it would wake everyone up during the night, and the noise out side was unbearable to try and sleep.

Easy walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Only here one night, so can’t give a good review. Traffic noise is a little loud. Did have a great view of the cathedral.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.The room seemed clean and inviting. Unfortunately at 11:30pm a massive cockroach made an appearance in my room. Never experienced anything like it. The front desk person changed my room. The breakfast was good, but must have had a rush just before i got there, because all of the tables that were empty were dirty.and the buffet counters a mess. Sorry Hampton....but this property will be a hard pass the next time I'm in town.

Overall our experience at the Hampton was good for a long weekend! However, when we booked we were misinformed about the parking situation. Most of the lots charge you extra to leave and come back. We spent ~$100 in parking that we weren’t expecting to pay. We would have been better off just paying for valet parking at $45 a night. Breakfast was good and stocked both days.

Parking is valet only at $45 a day but there are public lots nearby. My room had a nasty wet spill of something on the coffee pot/Kleenex tray. Good hotel if you want no frills stay.
