We were given a room that was handicap accessible. So it didn't have a pull out that we needed. But they were able to give us a roll away bed. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot foods each day. What a nice city!

Nice area. Good, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Lobby under construction. It took many attempts to get key cards to work in door. Cushioned bench was stained. Bathroom walls had large yellowing stains around sink and toilet.

New Year's Eve 2024 Review
The site is under renovation. Room 320 had issues with the HVAC unit. The blower was on high and couldn't be turned off. Was moved to another room.... The breakfast food was excellent.!!

Overall a great stay, but…….
Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would probably stay there again, but certain items and incidents is why I gave it only an average rating. First off, checking in was great. The staff person was very friendly and checked us quickly and efficiently. My only complaint I feel was not knowing when the Continental Breakfast ended. She did let us know where it was located due to remodeling of the hotel. The room was very clean and was bigger than we expected. What I didn’t understand is why the office chair that was obviously broken was not replaced or repaired. That to me was just laziness not to be addressed. Like I said though, in the start of this review, that did like our stay overall and would stay again there. And if those 2 items were not an issue with our stay, this would have received a 5 star rating.

Adequate, for a 3 night stay, but a little run down. No closet in room, no maid service while I was there. Generic, mediocre breakfast. Location was good - near major routes and several restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms could use a little TLC as far as touching up paint and minor repairs. The vent in the air conditioning unit was covered with mold and was giving me allergies & asthma. However, the staff was very nice and friendly. Because of the people I will probably come back. I hope the vents get cleaned before then!

the staff were friendly and professional...no issues there. Our hallway stunk with the smell of smoke even though we had a non smoking room and other rooms around us were non smoking. The smell never went away. The outside side door to hotel did not lock ( we notified staff) so we did not feel safe . It was still not fixed before we left. The bathroom was dusty but basically clean.

Disappointing
The staff at check were courteous and the bed was comfortable those are the good points. I'll start with the side door that is unlocked 24/7 so anyone could just get in and in my opinion a safety hazard. The bathroom had dirt buildup in the corners,the electric socket was pushed in and the shower was weak. Somehow I didn't realize when booking that the room didn't have a refrigerator to put my medicine in. On my next trip to Cleveland I will not be staying here.

Room was spacious and comfortable. I liked that there was a bath tub for a nice soak - after a long day in the car. Bed and linens were very comfortable. We were greeted by front desk personnel and he suggested we go to Headlands Beach if we had time. So glad he mentioned it as we spent an hour + half there. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and will continue to do so in the future.

Very pleasant stay for an overnight - clean, comfortable. Quiet location with easy access (walking) to multiple restaurant options. Friendly staff. We had no fridge in the room but that wasn’t a problem for us.

The front desk was rude and not accommodating. The room was dirty. The pool pump was broken for the last four months. At check-in, four other customers ahead of us were told their rooms were not clean and they were switching them to a different room. We were not told this, but given a dirty room. I woke up the next day with bug bites on my legs. After telling the front desk, they refused a refund, discount, or changing our room.
