Great holiday stay

Very nice hotel....staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I didn’t care for the beds as they were very firm even at the softest setting. However, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel for your stay in Cleveland.

The rooms were clean but the sink was clogged in our bathroom. The beds were very firm. Then by accident I discovered they were adjustable. On the top left side of the mattress under the sheet corner is a dial beneath a Velcro cover. HOWEVER even putting it down to soft didn’t help how uncomfortable the mattresses were. The best part of the stay was the breakfast bar. 12 dollars all you can eat. The staff is super friendly.

Wonderful place tp be if you had to be in Clevelan

Pros: Location, staff, and room.
Cons: No. Nothing was wrong and we believed the hotel was a real value.
Location: The airport offers the opportunity to get out of Cleveland.
The noteworthy part of our experience was that nothing was wrong. We were overnighting at the airport hotel. We pulled in and checked in. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and comfortable. The lounge offered more than bar food that we thought was well prepared. On the way out the next day the shuttle driver followed us to our rental car return to take us on to the airport. The whole deal was very friendly and smoothly done. The stay had the feel of an international 5 star hotel......with less expensive art.

Hotel was very clean

The staff there was amazing in particular Margo she went above and beyond to accommodate my son which is disabled and uses a wheelchair for mobility. I will def he staying here again the next time I’m in town

Great staff and hotel. 24/7 transport to and from the airport makes this a must stay place if your traveling.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Only bad thing was that it had snowed a little bit so you couldn't see the lines in the parking lot and a bunch of jerks had parked in 2 spots and there weren't any spots left when we got back that night. I know that's not the hotels fault but just an fyi if you stay there try to get back to the hotel early at night.
