Staycation - Birthday Weekend

Pros: Early check in, late check out Infused Water in the lobby Bed was comfortable
Cons: Rooms need to be updated
Location: Close to freeways, baseball stadium.
Awesome stay. Early check in, late check out. Complimentary breakfast for me and my guest. Something new....waittress for breakfast.

The owner profits have to be huge

Pros: Nothing
Cons: quality of stay.
Location: Its just on fringe of downtown, its a cab or long walk to most things.
Our room was directly behind elevator shaft, which kept us awake for much of the night. Asked to change rooms but they were all booked (apparently). Our room would have been better served as a maintenance closet due to elevator. Plus,we booked our room weeks in advance and got stuck with that crap. The bed was hard a rock and lumpy. Pillows old. Furniture old and beat up. $16 per night parking, if i'd have known that I would have parked on the street. There isn't much of a price break on this hotel compared to more centralized ones, so I'll never stay here again.

Great location

Great location, awesome staff! House keeping was not pleasant. Makeup still on bathroom sink, someone's hair in the desk chair(as in they cut their hair and left it on the chair). Otherwise a very great experience.

There is a charge for parking!

Had I known there was a parking fee up front, I could of stayed somewhere else for less. On top of that, the bed was worn, the bathroom faucet dripped, the bathroom floor dirty and the thermostat on the wall broke. I could of gotten that for a lot less money someplace else. I will say the cooks and restaurant staff was tops.

We're happy to share our $18 parking charge is one of the least expensive in the downtown area and we provide in and out privileges as well. Close to the Q. Pretty clean. Service didn't make up the beds each day. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Harvey's was great!

Nice hotel

Pros: Very friendly staff. Shuttle service was great.
Location: Rock & roll hall of fame was fun. Great sushi resturant across the street !
Nice hotel in easy walking distance to some nice resturants and a 10 min walk to a fun casino. They also offer a shuttle to points of interest in the area. Very friendly staff.

Hilton Garden

Hello, My recent stay at the Hilton garden downtown Cleveland was a great experience. I stayed during new years and the price was very affordable in which all the others downtown was out of my budget.The cab service that the hotel provided was kind of rude and never showed up but we just used a uber and was on our way on no time.

Close to downtown

Booked through Expedia a week before a romantic weekend trip and upon arriving find out the hotel doesn't have our reservation. So instead of our king suite we booked we are stuck in a double queen suite. That put a damper on the weekend not too mention the couple in the room next to us were screaming at each other during the night and then could hear them "making up" in the morning. Walks obviously are not very thick plus the lighting in the room itself weren't very bright. Needless to say we will not be coming back on our next trip to Cleveland.
