Everything great except mattress

All was excellent except my side of bed was too soft. Slept in a hole. Need new mattress. Everything else was great!

Great Staff and Hotel

An amazing staff! I am not usually one to stay at the hotel for drinks or dinner but Laura who works the hotel bar is a blast. The set up is conducive for engaging in conversation with other guest. Will be back!

Hardest bed you will ever sleep in

Location: No shopping, a few restaurants

Convenient & clean - yet annoying

The hotel/room was very clean. I was however annoyed that housekeeping tried to come in our room twice before 10 am. We were only staying one night and check out isn't until noon, so it was super intrusive to have someone knocking on the door at 8:20 am and then again around 9:45 am.

Clean hotel, but unclean pool/area

Everything was great except for the pool area. The floor was disgusting with hair and dirt all over. The walls of the pool looked as if they have not been brushed or cleaned all summer. The towels are too small and not clean, with hair all over them. When we advised the front desk all we got was an apology & a offer for free breakfast, but we had already ate. No offer to reduce bill even though they say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
