Nice hotel hard to find where to turn into

Great but my GPS system went missing staff not at fault I feel it was picked up by another guest while we checked in didn't notice till got to room

Pros: The food at the restaurant was the only bright spot in the stay.
Cons: Guest service - front desk employees very nonchalant and rude.

According to the pictures and descriptions online we were expecting a typical suite with a king bed & hide-a-bed with a little extra space. The hide-a-bed was so close to the bed it actually touched when folded out. It also told us online that there were cribs available, which there were not. There was no bedding in the room for the hide-a-bed and we had to call the front desk 3 times before anyone came to the room with bedding. We also called for extra towels and never received them. The front desk staff was incredibly rude. We did order room service from the restaurant and the food was surprisingly excellent. Very disappointing stay.

Great location

Pros: Proximity to interstate and public transportation
Location: LRT (Puritas Station) is a five-minute walk across the street. This got us downtown in about 20 minutes.
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the interstate. It's also a five-minute walk from the LRT, which is about a 20-minute ride to downtown Cleveland. The hotel staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Overall, the building is a bit old but the rooms were clean and the beds were ok. I would stay here again, mainly because of its location.

Location: Metro zoo and close to downtown
Beds were very hard and feather pillows should be replaced with a regular pillow for those with allergies . The were also way to soft.

Make sure you get NO SMOKING room.

3 night stay. Initial room was a Smoking room. Tried unsuccessfully to get no smoking. This room was terrible. We could not take the smell! The facilities are OLD as well. Thought the elevator wasn't gonna make it the way it creaked. Cockroach was found in bathroom too. Yuck!!! We suffered through it. We did get switched the next 2 days to a No smoking room. MUCH Better. Still I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Strange location

Hotel itself was okay, the furniture seemed a bit dated. Hard to find the hotel because it didn't have a front entrance. It was behind an Italian restaurant. The only nice thing about the hotel was that it's close to the airport.

Cons: Fix problems like the security door and include a free breakfast with stay
Location: That was fine
Many little things wrong like security door unlocked and not secure. Not too bad, but disappointed in this Holiday Inn, not like most of them I've stayed in as far as how operations work.

Deceiving Online Pictures

Pros: The pool was decent and the staff was very fr
Cons: so much.
Location: Close to Cleveland Zoo and other shopping plazas, Fairly close to places to do.
The pictures on line made this place look way better than it really was. The staff was excellent but the room was old and outdated. Had to hold down the toilet handle to make it flush, shower took forever to drain, curtains were torn and duct tapped. just wasn't impressed at all.

Cons: The night staff had five persons behind the desk, but we told that the shuttle bus driver would have to bring bedding later. less workers
We had room with pull out bed. When we asked for bedding for this bed, all we got was one sheet. When we asked for at least a blanket as well nothing came. We were supposed to have gotten breakfast coupons. The night staff failed to give those to us too. The morning staff were thoughtful and sorry that were such an uncomfortable night.

Avoid at all costs. Did not feel safe while staying here. People (NOT hotel guests) hanging around outside all hours of day and night. Side doors were not locked so ANYONE could just walk in hotel.
