Nothing they had listed for amenities was there

They didn't have the amenities that they had listed on their website. Pool was down for maintenance and didn't let us know until we checked in. Charged us for eating at the restaurant that we didn't even go to and then tell us they had no clue what the charge was for. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

the pool was under construction and I had no prior knowledge my son was looking forward to swimming and there was no microwave in the room as listed on the amenities. the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

Not bad for a Holiday Inn

Pros: Having a independent family run restaurant attached.
Surprisingly, nice Holiday Inn with a restaurant that serves great food.

Quiet place

Had a great experience right from check in to check out. Staff were amazing and the restaurant food and service were superb

I booked through Hotels.com. We checked in after a day at The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. The next day we visited Holden Arboretum. We went to the Kite Festival in Cleveland after we checked out. We dined in Willoughby and another small town. We had cocktails in the evenings at the bar in Alfredo's.

If you can help it go somewhere else.

The furniture in the room was out dated. There were smallfruit fly bugs flying around the room and the cleaning person was knocking on the door at 8:30 a.m. wanting to clean the room. I told her I was told check out time was 11: a.m. she said "she was just trying to get a jump on her day" I felt rushed. The restaurant connected to the hotel was good the food was great and had nice portions for the price.

Pros: Clean and well kept. Good restaurant.
Coming from the east it is an easy drive into Case Western for a campus visit.
