Great location, great staff and comfortable!!

Loved the location. Really comfortable beds. Cool old building with large rooms and hardwood floors in the room. Loved all of the little perks (popcorn in lobby, late night cinnamon rolls, etc.) Wonderful value and I would stay here again.

Great location and very clean

Posted Aug 18, 2015
Pros: Great location and very clean.
Cons: Names of restaurants in close-by food district on a handout flyer would be more convenient than (1) large red book next to the front desk.
Location: House of Blues is less than a 5 minute walk. No need to worry about taking a vehicle and incurring another parking charge. Food district is also close
Very fast/efficient check-in. Informative front desk staff. Valet parking attendant checked for real-time construction updates and provided best route out of hotel area.

Security issues, noisy issues

Posted Aug 16, 2015
This was probably the worst hotel experience I've had. The door jam and door of our room looked as though it had regularly been jimmied and forced into. The locks didn't line up correctly. The room also looked like it was not built as a hotel room. Maybe a classroom? We could also hear the guys in the room next door as if they were in our room. And they were speaking in a conversational tone. The bathroom had loose tiles and the toilet didn't flush properly. There are many other good hotels to stay at. Pick one of those.

Nice hotel. Pleasantly larger rooms for a downtown hotel.

Nice hotel, close to all down town attractions

Posted Aug 13, 2015
The staff was friendly and the room was beautiful with hard wood floors and high ceilings. You have to pay to park in a ramp, but it's only $15.00 a day which is less expensive than most other hotels downtown and the ramp is just around the corner. We had so much fun & would stay here again!

Well located for major attractions- Baseball, Basketball, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Science Centre and Football all within walking distance! Very nice modern rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Free wifi and breakfast is a great bonus. Would stay here again easily.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Cleveland

Posted Jul 25, 2015
My friend and I stayed at this hotel 2 nights for the 2nd annual APMAs at the Quicken Loans Arena. This was my second time staying at this hotel. I decided to stay here again because I really enjoyed it my first time. Once again, it was almost wonderful. I say almost only because when we got back to the hotel room on our second night at almost 1:00 in the morning after being gone since 3:00 pm, our hotel room door was unlocked and cracked open. Thankfully our room had been undisturbed, but it was very alarming to come back to. Breakfast was great and I just love the feel of this hotel. It's very cozy and comforting and a great location within walking distance of most everything downtown Cleveland. It's super close to the Quicken Loans Arena and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which is perfect because those are the main places we were there for. I will definitely stay here again.

Good experience. Would have been better if it had a pool.
