Room carpets need shampoo And towels were rags. Tv old and out of date. Wake up service none Starter. Never worked - shuttle was Great.

Pros: Closeness to the Cleveland Airport and parking. I was surprised you had refrigerators... the 5 star hotel in Vegas we stayed in didn't!
Cons: New, more comfortable pillows.
After getting lost several times with our GPS, we finally found the hotel about an hour after we anticipated being there. The front desk girls were friendly when I called to say we were arriving a lot later than "check in" time. The room was ok.... I didn't get much sleep because the pillows were hard as a rock and little kids were running around outside which seemed like all night. We planned on parking our car there for 6 days while we flew to Vegas and back, but little did we know when we were leaving for the airport the next morning the front desk girl from the night before failed to give me a receipt. GOOD THING I paid with my credit card and was able to pull up my online account to prove I already paid for it.........otherwise they would've tried charging me again. Other than that, it wasn't too bad of a hotel stay........It's close and convenient to Cleveland Airport and it's cheaper to pay $5 a day to park your car there instead of at the other parking lots.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel and had a horrible experience. We arrive and there was no fitted sheet on the bed, the night stands were sticky and slimy, and it was freezing. The vending machine on our floor was out of service, the elevator kept stalling, went down for towels in the morning and they very unprofessional guy told us they didn't have any. Went down for breakfast early while I went to get my towels and they had a ton of cereal, but no milk. No other food was there aside from cereal and they only had 2 tables in the breakfast room. I was going to shower and just air dry since they had no towels, but when they says they include toiletries, they literally mean a bar of face and body soap, a bottle with 1 teaspoon of shampoo, and a bottle with 1 teaspoon of body lotion. Absolutely no conditioner. And with my long, thick hair 1 teaspoon of shampoo won't cut it, I also NEED conditioner. The only positive thing about this room was the television worked with cable and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the business suite, so we definitely expected better cleanliness and whatnot compared to what we got. Also the pool was not in service, so that was a major downfall as well. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel. Next time I will spend the extra $20 somewhere and receive a lot more, and more cleanliness.

Room wasnt clean very good there was hair on towels and sheets there was smell of smoke. Mirrors werent clean bath tub was dirty. No towels toliet was backed up called front desk several times to get answer

Cons: everything!
Yes, it was the cheapest rate, but the experience was the crapiest I ever had. Rood was not cleaned, then after multiple attempts of getting another room, it did not have towels (it seems that that is the standard). The only thing good about this place was the new furniture, otherwise... it is a shame to the howard Johnson brand.

Do Not Stay Here!

Pros: Rundown and drug ridden place. Syringe and hookers.
Cons: Tear it down or sell it to someone that gives a crap about the customer!
Location: Location is ok, down the road 5 miles is much better
Unsafe conditions, Expedia should not be offering this hotel at all! Cheap clean rooms down the street at Red Roof or Motel 6

I could not flush the toilet. Coffee maker, telephone did not work. Bed sheets were not changed. I've never seen such a terrible hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, though.

House keeping keep my ipod

Pros: Close to airport and they shuttle u there
Cons: Hire honest housekeepers
I clearly left my iPod touch, I was at airport called hotel 30 minutes after I left, to check room, never replied back to me, I went to hotel after trip, they still not tell me if house keeping turn in, do not leave ny items behind u will not get them back, I am 100 percent sure it still plugged in wall when I left. Bad house keepers,

Under new management...

The hotel recently came under new management that was struggling to repair a trashed hotel. My room was clean, bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows which I love and the shower worked well as well as MY door locks. Unfortunately, it was evident that thieves and vandals had been there. The lock on my bathroom door had been destroyed and the door need replacement. A couple of rooms had the door locks broken out and missing. But the Management was trying to put it back together. They have a long way to go.
