After seeing the roach run down a wall, nothing was nice about the place. For a hotel charging $300/nite, half of one nite stay is hardly in line with dealing with roaches and mold in bathroom.

Hotel charged my daughter for the room that was paid for on my Expedia account Hoping the reservation made Thru Expedia is charged for the room and my daughter gets a refund on her credit card With no refund policy I’m out the amount unless the the room Is charged on my account

My husband was having surgery next day at Cleveland clinic. Our stay was short. I appreciated the overall condition of the hotel and convenience to the clinic. We are seniors and the cost is too high for most people to stay for more than a night in this situation. It’s is C a beautiful hotel.

Staff is absolute fantastic. Grate location for the clinic. My only issue is that the showers are not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. I have stayed with them 2 times now. Will plan always staying with them when we come to Cleveland.
