We had to fix their wifi

The room itself was fine and the staff in general were nice enough. However, we noticed the wifi in our room didn't work and we asked front desk, the girl said she hadn't heard of anybody else having problems so we assumed it was our phones. While in the lobby later that night, we heard 2 other people complain and the same front desk girl gave them both the same answer - that nobody else was having problems. The next day we told the front desk about this and she insisted it must've been our phones so she gave us the phone number to their internet provider and got us to call and get it fixed !! We are from Canada so we really needed this wifi as roaming charges are just too expensive, we ended up spending 1 hour on the phone with them so they could diagnose the problem, they said something was wrong the hotels router and reset it from their end. No wifi problems after that but really, making your paying guests make that call??
