We waited at the front desk for more than ten minutes before someone came to greet us. In the room, the desk and chairs were dirty, there was a strange smell in the room, and the sheets and sheets didn't look clean!

Breakfast was good, staff was nice. Beds were comfy nice tv. My family enjoyed their stay. We also took advantage and used the gym that was offered with your stay, good equipment.

Be careful this place! I stayed #117, there's bugs, i think bedbugs. The bugs bite my hand and i gat swelling hand. But hotel cannot do anything. I ask for allergy medicine, but they don't have it. I went to Walgreen and got medicine. Pharmacist said i better go to urgent care. But I'm middle of travel. I just left that hotel. When i back to home i have to heat treatment to all my stuff. I won't stay this hotel anymore.

We ended up not staying there due to the fact that when we arrived, we were told that they don’t allow cats, even though they advertise as being pet friendly. And yet when we called the motel that morning before our arrival later that day, they told us that housing the cats would be no problem. Mixed messages causing us confusion & delays.

I stayed here three nights while delivering my child to Oberlin College. It's not exactly a pastoral or small-town setting. But the hotel was fine. Decent rooms, decent breakfast. I considered booking something more expensive. I am glad I booked this place instead.

Cigarett butts all over the entry….really disgusting! Dining room not very nice and no one keeping an eye on things at breakfast. No eggs, sausage etc. and limited breads choices. The whole place was not very nice …our room clean however.

The lobby had a terrible odor, very dated, the furniture was dirty. The breakfast foods were very limited and not restocked. The room was not very clean and the furniture was dirty. The property was fine with the exception of the toilet. It was a very small toilet more appropriate for a daycare. Other than that it was quiet and clean. Nice breakfast area. Good place for an overnight stay. The only problem we had was the Check-in going through Expedia. I know I had in the right date but it was put under another date. It took a lot of time to get that transferred to the correct date. I will not use Expedia again.

Upon checking in, we were informed by the manager that unfortunately "we were unlucky" and that there was only one room left and that it had a "smell". He offered to show us the room and "spray it with perfume". I appreciated the honesty and we took a look at the room which smelled like incense and smoke. I informed him that this we (my 9 yo included) would not be ok with this room and he informed us that we could request a refund through Expedia. We left the premise and found a hotel further on our route. After leaving he called back offering another room at which point I declined as we had already left, made contact with an alternate hotel and were less than impressed with our brief visit. He called back a second time informing us we would not be refunded as he offered an acceptable replacement room. We have requested a refund and are currently awaiting whether this will be adequately addressed for what I can honestly say has been my worst experience with a hotel.
