Comfortable

Pros: The location.
We liked being on the ground floor, not fond of steps. It was very comfortable and the conveniences was great.

Easy on and easy off the location of red roof inn ! The lady at the front counter was nice ! The breakfast was good ! A lot of tables for eating for breakfast! . At a great Price $$! Thanks Red Roof Inn !

Close to the Zombie concert, and to the Ohio toll

Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Insulated walls
Location: Close to Cleveland
The vocal noise was irritating both nights.Night one we listened to two gentle loudly argue over money for over an hour until i called front desk.Night two we listened to two load mouths fuss and fight.

Rude clerk

Okay hotel in lousy area

This is not a nice area to stay. It's very commercial and there is an adult novelty shop right nearby. The whole town feels like a mall. We went to a nearby pharmacy to get shampoo and toothpaste (not provided) and it had a police presence for safety. The room is subpar, although not terrible. The bathroom is tiny. There is a very strong odor of cat litter in the hallway.

The room was fine for the amount paid. Front desk was friendly. Pool was still closed.

For the price... it was ok!

Room wasn't that nice. We paid a bit extra to get the king suite. It was a bit odd of configuration with trying to charge my phone and laptop. The outlets in the suite were limited. There wasn't one on each side of the bed. It was a beautiful day out and wanted to open the window up but there was no screen on the outside, and a bunch of beer bottles outside when you looked down. Later that night there was kids running up and down the hallway, doors being slammed, it wasn't the most enjoyable experience.

Didn't get what we expected

The pool was closed, breakfast was terrible, there was no manager to talk to

We apologize that the pool was closed. Please be sure to check the website when booking a room as the closure is noted on our Red Roof site. As a budget conscious chain Red Roofs do not normally offer breakfast. We however; do offer a cold continental breakfast which includes oatmeal, cold cereal, donuts, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, wheat bread, yogurt and boiled eggs. We do also have juices, coffee and hot tea. I do apologize if the manager was not on duty. Thank you for your time.

Passing through the area and chose Red Roof for the reviews as we had never stayed in a Red Roof before. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was there were no carpets. Cleaner floors! One issue with that however, sound. The people in the next room were talking until around midnight and we could hear them quite clearly. Not a lot of choice for breakfast but otherwise we were happy with our stay.
