No Smoking room had cigarette burns in all the bed linen. Shower curtain falling down, bathtub stained red. Fridge was really a freezer without controls. AC unit inop w/o instructions. No TV channel listings, had to try 3 controllers to get one that worked. No electric convenience outlets other than bathroom. Bed and pillows comfortable.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly but there is much more needed when one stops to sleep at a motel. It is way over-priced for what it does not offer; namely dirty tubs and towels; no tissues; needs a serious upgrade or serious drop in price.

Its cheap but they need to maintain their environment mold's everywhere, first room we went there someone on there the second the aircon broke we need to transfer to 3rd room imagine the hustle 18 hours drive and 2 babies they should give us discount there is some hair on the bathroom and the sheets has hole and stain they serve breakfast the first day is fine the second there wasn't hardly on there seems like left over from yesterday.

I mean, it’s a cheap hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable but the rest of the place - especially the bathroom and the hallway to rooms were just gross. We never even looked for breakfast so cannot comment. Ann (the GM) was kind and pleasant and knowledgeable.

The beds both had hair all over the sheets, in the bathroom and all over in general. The tub had so much soap scum that it was literally peeling off the side and the bottom of the tub was brown from other people's feet. It was a smoking room, so I understand to an extent, but that room was disgusting.

I stay here a lot the place it at reasonable price it’s clean the staff is nice. Being at super 8 you will not know the difference from being at any other hotel other than the top hotels but of course rights. (They are more up to date then other) You get more then you pay for here. They are understanding the rooms are clean they have a laundry room which I enjoy the most about it is that it’s a sitting area with space to fold your clothes you can lounge in there also if you wanted to. Vending machines, coffee and tea on site at all time. The front desk area while they offer breakfast every morning you could sit out there enjoy a nice breakfast while catching up on the news check the weather to prepare you for the day. I honestly don’t believe this place gets enough of credit. Hope that your experience here Be as great as I experienced. For the price it was great. Had all the amenities that much more expensive motels. Room not huge but very comfortable for me. If in area again would always choose this Super 8 .

We had a great stay. The room was clean and nice. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were very prompt on getting them to us. The breakfast was wonderful and just enough to launch us on our day. If I had to say one thing negative, it would be the set up at the front desk. The counter is too high and the staff are sitting on a chair in front of the desk, making them invisible to the visitor. And they did not make an effort to get up and look at us. I thought that was so terrible from a customer service perspective.

This is my third time in three years to stay here. I'm in town for business and it's very convenient for me. Wish I could post some pictures. 6 or 7 cigarette burns in the comforter. A pool of water on the floor below the AC unit. Two of the dirtiest towels I've ever seen! Very poor condition. If you want photos I can send them.

The room was very clean. The bathroom fixtures were older but the bathroom and towels were clean and the water was hot right away. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well with few disturbances. Continental breakfast was offered and it looked like there were some good options but I didn't eat breakfast there so I can't say for sure. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Comfy and quiet, but with issues
Stayed at the hotel which was clean and quiet. Staff seamed very friendly. Only issue I had was that the tv didn’t work. I was told the hotel was booked and there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue. Waiting to see about a discount.

The best coffee in any hotel. Breakfast good selection. Having someone at front desk at all times is extremely important. Need to replace bedspreads, burn holes in it and stains, room 210.

As others have said, the property is dirty. The night stand had something sticky spilled on it, and had glass rings still on in. I cleaned it off, then wiped the flloor - also dirty, and left the towel filthy. (Would love to post pictures.) Breakfast is all carbs; cereal, pastries, bread (for toast), fruit and yogurt. However, the property is the cheapest in the area. So, choose wisely.

This hotel is terrible. We stop by this motel to spend a night on our way to DC. The reason we booked to this motel was due to its advertisement of free cribs, free parking and free breakfast. There is no cribs at all. The rooms were smelly and the breakfast was white bread with butter or cereal only. So we ate our breakfast at McDonald’s across the street. The receptionists were nice and I wish there is a different rating for them. But the property is terrible and the advertisement was misleading. Big one star!
