Nice place. Bad experience
I had to constantly talk with the property manager, who was very responsive. This was a bit of a hassle while traveling. The cleaning lady walked into the room twice on the wrong day, without us letting her in which was quite a surprise. Then our truck had its window smashed and property stolen in the parking lot directly connected to the building and recommended by the owner which was a very awful experience on a cold Cleveland day. I contacted the owner regarding that and he seemed genuinely concerned, told me he was just walking into the office and he would contact me back... but he never did. So the place is pretty nice but the customer experience, service, and neighborhood were bad.
