Nice rooms however be cautious.Posted Aug 30, 2015
Pros: People, rooms, Steam room.
Cons: Remove the spiders, Fix the tile in the workout facility showers. Buy an air filter to keep that smell out.
Location: Everything is near this hotel. Browns, Indians and all the downtown fun.
Great people. Great rooms. Everything else really was disappointing. We checked in first day and night was really nice. The next morning everything changed. We went to work out. The facility was OK. Way too small for a 4 star Ritz Carlton and the money you spend to stay there. While we were working out, there are big windows that overlook the city. On the outside of the windows were AT LEAST 10 BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS. That was a little distracting. The Steam room was great, really in perfect condition. After we showered. The showers were in poor condition. The grout was molding and was filled in with black and also white caulk. Not my typical Ritz condition. The bed was made poorly that evening the sheet came off the mattress so I had to put it back on. I noticed the mattress pad was very cheap. Not Ritz quality. Please try to afford at least a fitted bottom sheet. Later that evening at about 11 or so we noticed a weird smell. I thought it was the party next door smoking or something so I just let it go. I woke up at about 2 AM to a smell that was horrible and overpowering. I called the Manager to complain and asked that they move me to a different room or hotel because of the smell and the Manager told me he knew what it was and that there was nothing he could do. He told me it was the Steel mill and the sulfuric acid emits a smell and if the wind is right it blows to the hotels air intake and creates that smell. I am just really disappointed.

Ritz the perfect stay for CAVsPosted Jun 24, 2015 on Hotels
The professionals at the desk were amicable and professional. Limited food options because it was Easter. Look forward to staying again.

A pleasant stay in Cleveland.Posted Jun 15, 2015
Cons: Only one elevator was operational, as the other was being refurbished, so travel up and down was slow.
Location: Tower City is an amazing troglodyte treasure.
Attractive, quiet, comfortable, and well located. The complimentary drink voucher on arrival made us feel welcome.

Not worth the moneyPosted Mar 7, 2015 on Hotels
Hotel is outdated and needs renovations. Rooms are small, furniture needs to be replaced. Definitely not worth the money for a Ritz.

A couple of improvements they could make.Posted Feb 21, 2015 on Hotels
I had 3 suggestions for the management: (1) Keep the bar/lounge open past 11 PM when there is a major event at one of the venues close by. We wanted a night cap after a concert and couldn't get one. (2) Don't charge for internet access from the rooms. I paid more than $300 for one night and got charged $12.95 for internet access when I spent less than 10 minutes checking emails. (3) Provide a dimmer for the lights in the bathroom. It was so bright,we thought we were on the face of the sun.

We were staying in town for a gymnastics competition. We were on the club floor and the staff was wonderful. They made us felt like royalty, waiting on our every need. I would highly recommend.

Perfect StayPosted Feb 9, 2015 on Hotels
We were in town for a birthday party. We got in late, the front desk upgraded us to a suite. It was beautiful and spacious. The location downtown is perfect. You can walk to almost any restaurant or attraction in Cleveland. We also had a wonderful breakfast at Muse in the lobby. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel the next time we are in town.
