Perfect location for CWRU graduation

This hotel is a short walk from the Case Quad. The staff was very pleasant and responsive. We had several challenges, however. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 7PM. The manager on duty was responsive and offered appropriate remediation. When we returned to our rooms the next day around 3PM, they had not been cleaned. One of the rooms we stayed in had an overwhelming amount of odor from the cleaning solution that only tapered slowly over the weekend in spite of running the fan. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed with a full house for the weekend. Everyone clearly was trying their best. I hope they can prepare better for further events as the location is great and the rooms quite large and lovely.

Pros: Lived here 3 years as Graduate House
Cons: Basis functions need to be brought forward if first class is a goal.
Elevators malfunctiomed X2 Eleventh floor. room.taff did their best with a bad situation. Like the place but a bit rough around the edges. Could go either way in the future.

Way better places out there

Tv didn't work when we checked in, the A/C is right over the bed and was blowing black soot and dust constantly on you if you laid underneath it. The area it's located in is very shady so you have to constantly worry about your car being broken into. Even the manager at the front desk said cars get broken into all the time like it was no big deal. The bathroom was very small and cramped poorly designed. Honestly a waste of money look elsewhere before you plan on staying here

Tudor Arms was a great place to stay...it was clean, huge rooms, great beds and the best thing was the employees. I've never stayed anywhere that the staff was so kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was gorgeous. Everyone was very friendly when we arrived. Getting into our room however, the shower curtain in the bathroom was full of mildew and stunk. We spoke to the front desk three times and they said they would get it exchanged right away. NEVER happened. No explanation for this in the morning. I left my room in the morning feeling like the stink was on me. They have a sign in the room stating they'll make anything wrong right, but never did.

Awesome. Was totally worth everything

Was greeted by staff. They help load luggage and take up to our room. Room was perfect. Overt helpful with questions about hospital and they even offer a shuttle to and from your appts. It was great.
