The Tudor is a stunning property with a rich history. The hotel is immaculately clean and smells lovely. The staff are warm and welcoming. The double queen suite is very spacious. The thermostat in the room did not seem to work. We turned it down to 64 and the room remained sweltering. The vending machines do not take cards and the sink faucets are short so it was difficult to obtain or fill up water bottles. Paying $21 daily for parking and $15 per person for breakfast are unwelcomed charges. Even so, I'll stay here again when we return next month.

In regards to the unwelcomed charges...In the future, we recommend researching hotel amenities and associated costs beforehand to ensure a more seamless experience. However, we are delighted to hear that despite these charges, you still plan to stay with us again next month.

I appreciated the combination of an historic building and modern facilities. It was comfortable and quiet. The room was large and the decor was classy, if somewhat sparse [and a bit dark.] Close to the Cleveland Clinic, Little Italy, and museums.

The service and attentiveness of the waitress at breakfast was excellent! The courtesy shuttle service and drivers were fantastic. The floor in the hotel room was sticky. Housekeeping didn't clean the room or make the bed. They only replaced towels and soap. If in fact the room was cleaned, then they have a bigger problem. Someone decided to use the bed and the toilet after it was cleaned... It's either one or the other!

I liked the history about this Hotel. I did not like hearing what sounded like a very small dog barking on a few occasion as well as hearing a couple do the deed sounded like they came from a room above. I did not like seeing not 1 but 3 extra charges on my credit card statement. Which I’m not aware of what they could be for besides the $20.00 parking.

Front desk staff was great. Quick and easy check in. Area was about 8mins from downtown area, which was fine considering how much cheaper it was to stay. About 7 mins from little italy. Family stayed 2 nights the breakfast buffet was not that great and it was $15usd each pretty expensive for a bowl of cereal and an apple juice. And the worst part about it was no one came in to clean
The room. We had dirty baby diapers in the garbages the entire 2 days and bed and towels were not cleaned or changed.

The staff was pretty good but the bathrooms were not super clean. Old rubber flooring with dirt/dust built up in the corners. Elevators are really slow.

We were surprised that there wasn’t a full shower door that closes which confused us. And no refrigerator in the room for keeping drinks cold.
The room was stylish. I did notice floors weren’t the cleanest so was careful not putting items on the floor. The weather was too cold to walk and transportation was convenient and we liked the drivers. Pleasant and accom

My wife and I stayed because it was close to the Cleveland clinic. The Tudor has a great staff and the building has a great old style personality. We rally enjoyed our stay there and will return anytime we are in Cleveland.

This is my second stay here and I would stay here again. Just be careful with ordering room service. They forgot to call me when they made my food and then my food was given away so when I went down to get it they had to make me new. Wasn’t a big deal just a little inconvenience

Stayed here because family member at Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle service was fantastic. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
