Despite the willingness of management to try and make your stay pleasant, overall I can not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are other hotels in the area with similar rates that would be much better and here's why. This hotel has gone downhill in the last few years. The pool is no longer functioning and appears to be a storage room. The lobby floors have duct tape everywhere. Continental breakfast had stale cereal, old danishes and moldy bagels. The room was in desperate need of repair. Again, there was duct tape on baseboards, holes in the walls, tv mounted crooked and most channels don't work. The remote was dirty and didn't work. Missing paint everywhere, Things falling off the walls, stained towels and wash cloths, toilet was not properly secured to the floor and mildew everywhere in bathroom. The sink smelled of old urine and had small biting flies coming out of it. Pillows were hard and flat, sheets were stained but smelled of bleach, bed was lumpy and had a large dip. The air conditioner was not working and when someone came to fix it I could see why. The filter had about 2 inches of dust caked on it. Had it ever been cleaned? By far though the icing on the cake was 2 used condoms behind the mini fridge. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

Great beds

We were passing through the area and needed an inexpensive, clean stay. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Since we were there to rest, the bed was the most important thing for us and they had great beds. The bathroom, though older, was clean. The TV was a flat screen, but it needed boosters to make the sound better. We were very happy with our stay.

Well the front desk was really friendly. She told me to go to room 112. When I went in to the room the room had a smelly odor. It was from the rest room where the toliet wasn't flushed and it was filled with human waste. I told front desk she moved me to room 214.

The managers and staff in the hotel were incredibly very friendly, helpful & pleasant. TV remote needed to be cleaned, but room was freshly painted, very clean. Temperature regulation was slow in responsiveness. I will definitely go back tbere again.

Exceptional customer service at front desk to the point of helping me carry my luggage up the stairs. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

Just a place to shower and sleep.

Pros: The check in girl was pleasant.
Cons: Better cleaning for sure.
Location: Cracker Barrel right across the street and Bob Evans in the next lot.
It is very aged. Pool and hot tub both closed... pool closed last 3 years I've been there. Room cleanliness left something to be desired... really only hit the easy to get to areas. No microwave in room.
