I was looking for a quiet clean place to stay pretty quickly and the Holiday Inn was available. It's clean, and comfortable. Our stay was great.

Nothing spectacular

Stayed here for business, it appears like the rest of the chain that they all need updating. Room was clean and smelled ok but just dated

Good value, good location

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, both hard and soft pillows. House Keeping respected door signs, no one bothered us. Very quiet location.

Some good some bad

Well the hotel was fine besides a few important things. Pool was nice. Rooms were comfortable. Customer service at the front desk was very impersonal and not professional. One day our room was not cleaned. So when we arrived back at the hotel we informed the front desk. I never got an apology or anything. The lady just commented on the person who was suppose to do it. So I was told it would be looked after. Then when we returned from dinner a few hours later it still wasn't cleaned and I had to go back again. Spoke to the sabe lady and the manager. Once again no apology and the two of them mumbled about the person that was suppose to clean our room. Finally at 9:00 at night someone showed up with cups and clean towels and never said one word to us. We found this very rude. Another night we had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel. Our dinner was good. My son then wanted desert as he could see this huge sundae being ate at the table beside us. But when we asked for desert we were told they don't have a desert menu. I was like ahhhhh what about the people right beside us with the huge bowl of ice cream??? My son never got his sundae and we never got a apology about that either. Even after telling the manager again. If the customer service would have been at least average it would have been a great stay. But it wasn't and we were not treated fairly nor with any respect.

Spacious but unclean

Young lady at the counter barely spoke to me and when she did, I could barely hear her. Room was spacious, but comforter and sheets did not appear clean. Showet was very hot with decent pressure. Downstairs restaurants were empty and the bartender was watching videos on his phone and not interacting with the few guests that he did have. Draft beer tasted like soap, and they had no local selections on their bottle list. The checkout process was easy and the young lady was friendly and asked about my stay. I don't would not stay here again.

Very clean modern hotel

Very clean hotel, reasonably priced for the area. Excellent service, only "negative" was TV service. Listing was out of date and no network channels.
