Stayed in a first floor room next to gym with mildew smell and poor lighting. Moved to Hotel Bothell which is downtown, older but classy, less expensive and very pleasant

Mom and boys trip. Breakfast had hot and cold options. It was decent. Definitely better than just cereal and a bagel. Coltons next door is always great for dinner. Great place to stay!

In town for a graduation. Nice steakhouse next door, plenty of other dining options within minutes.

Stay on 2/13/16

I needed to travel to Sedalia and Warrensburg for personal business and decided to stay overnight. This was a very nice hotel and the person at the front desk was very pleasant and the check in went very smooth. Had a nice stay.

Horrible customer service

Was charged over $600 more than room cast. Took over 2 hours to check in.

Well you smoked in two rooms and at check in you were told these were non smoking rooms and if you choose to smoke or bring pets you would be charges 350.00 . We have talked with you several times so you understand why you were charged . We have policy in place for a reason .
