It took us more than 30 minutes to get checked in. Then once we were FINALLY helped, the desk girl, Eve (more like ev-il) was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. Not only was the bedding on beds still moist, but we were told by Eve that the room may still "be a little dirty." When I asked for her managers info she said "I don't know."

I'm so sorry your expierence wasn't what it should of been. We do strive to make our guest happy. Everyday we are looking at new ways to improve the hotel, so every bit info we get from the guest can and will make us that much better.
