Location: It's location off the highway is a bit awkward. You have to drive through the McDonalds parking lot to get there.
A very nice hotel with clean rooms, and a friendly staff. The next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Weekend trip with kids/grandkids. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was just ok and bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall pleased with everything.

Nice hotel

Was a nice experience but the lack of a microwaves was a big inconvenience for us. Also both rooms did not have a refrigerator. This was very disappointing to say the least. Continental breakfast was kind of disappointing.

Family reunion weekend.

We stayed Friday night and Saturday night. Beds were very comfortable and had a variety of pillows to choose from. We were very close to the Casey's store and Fareway.

Clean, quiet great beds

When we arrived we discovered that our room had a king bed when the reservation was for 2 queens. They corrected the problem! However the delay made us late for a wedding in Bellevue! The room was comfortable and clean! The beds were AWESOME! The breakfast was minimal but ok!

A place to sleep

Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose. Even though it was a nonsmoking room, the bedspreads reeked of smoke.

I'm sorry to hear the blankets reeked, we are a smoke free facility and those that do smoke in our hotel do get penalized for it

Nice place to stay during Jackson Co. fair. Close to fast food, gas stations. Nice complimentary breakfast

It's a tired facility that seems to cater to construction crews. Perfectly fine for a quick night's stay.

customer service???

It took us more than 30 minutes to get checked in. Then once we were FINALLY helped, the desk girl, Eve (more like ev-il) was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. Not only was the bedding on beds still moist, but we were told by Eve that the room may still "be a little dirty." When I asked for her managers info she said "I don't know."
