This property is short on amenities. Room had no comforter, just one extra blanket. Fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker in room. It didn't even have cups to get a glass of water. No breakfast either. Check in staff was efficient but short on pleasantries.
In short, it's a place to sleep that is clean and safe. But not sure the value was overall worth the price.

Disliked: Amenities
No coffee in rooms. No breakfast. Staff was matter of fact. Not friendly at all.
This is a basic place to stay. No breakfast, blankets that were paper thin. The worlds smallest coffee pot at the desk..lol. Reasonably clean, a safe erea.

This property is alomst entirely dedicated to housing railroad workers. That's not a problem, but checking in took at least 10 minutes. I think they just don't get enough non-railroad guests to be familiar enough with their computer check-in system. There's a single small coffee pot at the check in desk with pretty bad coffee. The carpeting in the halls is worn and in need of replacement. The room itself was about the same. Not dirty, just worn. The worst was the indescribable smell from the nearby Purina plant.
The price and the location of the hotel were perfect for what I needed. Only stayed a night and it was everything a hotel needs to be. Bed, working plumbing, working AC, and clean.
Travelodge was a lot better than I anticipated. We got a newly renovated room. The beds were amazing. We had to ask for blankets because the bed/room was only made with sheets.
Apparently they dont rent for locals. Reason was reasonable but still there should be other options other than not allowing locals to rent like black listing specific people who trashed facility. My cRpets needed to be replaced. I got rejecred to rent in the middle of winter with negative temperature outside. Imagine if it was someone desperate to have just a place to sleep during winter/blizzard. Like losing power at home. Someone could die dont you think
The grounds around the building were filled with dog excrement that your guests did not pick up after their dogs were through. My service dog had an extremely difficult time finding an area clear enough for her to do her business (which I DID pick up and dispose of in an outside container).
