We arrived around 9pm with a confirmed reservation. We checked in and went to the room and it was trashed. It looked like someone was still staying there and the rooom and bathroom were filthy, bed not made, etc. We went back to the desk and we’re told they didn’t have any other rooms and didn’t have anyone to clean the room. We had to find another hotel on our own that was over an hour away. Having already driven for 15 hours this was not the way to end our day. Terrible experience.

I reserved the room on Expedia based on being pet friendly, when I got there to check in they informed me it was service dogs only. The manager was kind enough to let us stay if not we would have had a problem since I prepaid the room. This is the third time I’ve had issues with Expedia and may be my last attempt to book through Expedia.

Great stay!! Only complaint was the hotel was full and parking was scarce. We had park in back but otherwise it’s a beautiful hotel and area.

Hotel is new and has all the amenities. Decorated for Valentine’s Day and staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Smart tv is a bonus so we could keep watching our series in Prime. Will stay here again!

Room was good, but the service from the clerk was ridiculous. They overcharged us and she refused to do anything about it. I understand putting a $20.00 charge for incidentals but to charge $10.00 tax on top of that. We paid all the other taxes and room charge when we checked in but she said that’s what they do. Never heard charging tax for incidental fee that usually comes off if you don’t buy or break anything.

I apologize you were inconvenienced with the incidental hold we authorized, unfortunately, system was programmed that way, but rest assured, whatever the amount authorized for incidentals, taxes included, will be credited back if not used for the Market, outside phone calls, and/or property damages.

Every thing was very nice. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Excellent decorations that were enjoyed. Going forward I would have four towels in the bathroom. We checked in with four guest and only three towels.

The property is pleasant, clean and modern. It's in a commercial area with convenient dining options. The roads nearby are a bit noisy. We hardly had contact with any staff. Those we spoke with were friendly. Good breakfast. Only stayed one night but would stay again.

The staff was not consistently informed and showed an extraordinary lack of integrity. Untruths were consistently offered when what was stated was challenged. The housekeeping staff were the only persons that made this stay better than that of an independently-owned Best Western.

Fairfield is my favorite hotel!!
Spent three nights. Love the cleanliness of my room and all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was a nice variety of food items. I'm very picky about coffee and Fairfield's was really good. Staff is very friendly and accommodating with any needs you may have.

Kudos for your hotel!
Your greeter Ikey on Monday evening was very kind and helpful when I left a folder behind at the desk. I was confused at breakfast about where to find the coffee, but found your general offering of items to be more extensive than the other hotels where we have stayed (3 other so far) on this trip.

Hotel was recently updated and is beautiful. There's a good restaurant next door, Harrison's Grill. The only negative was that the pool was very small and cold, since it's outdoors.
