The front desk crew is very friendly. The check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. We did not have breakfast there. The only thing that could have been improved was the cover for the mattress was visibly worn and tattered, and the pillows were little. "

"Only thing negative: two of three times I’ve booked and clarified bed/room only to arrive and find two queens (not king first time) and accessible not regular second time. The second time staff were able to change to non-accessible room (actually safer to have regular enclosed shower as husband has balance issues; less water on floor too; higher vanity)."
