"The heater in our first room blew cold air and we had to have our room changed. The second room heating worked but the refrigerator would not close so we had to keep it closed by pushing a chair against the door to keep it shut and not have our food spoiled. At 7:30 the following morning no one was in the office and responded when we pushed the door bell. We left the keys in the key drop box outside and where unable to report the broken refrigerator to management. The two staff we met were cordial but that does not make up for the conditions mentioned above."
