Friendly Staff and Overall Nice Hotel

Pros: The staff and breakfast.
Cons: Need more luggage carts.
Location: Cloverdale, Indiana is a nice little town located near Cataract Falls which is worth driving out to see.
Nice hotel but the rooms have inter-connecting doors which allow you to hear people in the room next door. I was next to a very talkative couple so I asked for a room change which was granted with no problem. I was traveling with a lot of gear and this hotel only has one luggage cart so I had to make several trips to unload my gear from my car. The hotel needs at least three more luggage carts. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as pancakes and the regular breakfast fare. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel close to interstate

Location: Easy access
Very nice facility, nice breakfast and dining area, water in spa needs to be changed.

Cloverdale's best.

The hotel seems recently remodeled, clean, modern. The desk staff was very friendly courteous, helpful. The room staff was helpful and courteous also. The day we checked out I locked my keys in our Truck in front of the office. The desk staff brought out some toys for our grandson and helped anyway they could. My next stay in that area will be the Holiday Inn Express at Cloverdale..

Checked in late and the front desk man, Jon was very helpful, friendly and courteous. We had a long drive and the pool was closed but he opened the pool for us to swim. Rooms are a little on the small side but did okay for the two days we stayed. Lots to choose from at breakfast. Great stay and we'll definitely stay again.

It was excellent service and enjoyed our stay. The only thing that I could negative about our stay is that it would have been nice if we had a refrigerator in our room.

Great hotel

As I mentioned the employees are supper nice, and I truly cannot single out one or two of the staff that was exceptional, they all were over the top wanting to help any way they could day or night. The town was nice and the people friendly but the town was nowhere I would like to vacation at. The hotel itself outshines the town. the hotel was clean inside the rooms and the motel areas. The breakfast was good, bed was comfortable

Good deal and clean

We have stayed in Cloverdale HI Express a number of times because it is close to our son's family in Greencastle...a few miles away. We enjoy the pool a lot. My husband used the whirlpool, but said it was not clean.
