The check in was easy along with booking . The hotel lobby and room was very clean and freash. The room was quite and comfortable ,i would stay again or recomend

Great Hotel

We have a special needs son. This hotel had the best wheelchair accessability of any hotel we have been to.

Putrid air fresheners used

Cons: Not use artificial air fresheners.
One of the reasons I had booked this hotel was because it is listed as a no smoking facility. As soon as I opened the door to the room I was assaulted with a strong stench. I assumed it was the cleaning products used, so I opened the window and then we went out for dinner. Upon returning to the room it still reeked and my asthma started to act up. My wife started coughing and couldn't stop. We had to run to an Allsup's convenience store to get cough drops. It was only then that we found the culprit hidden behind the curtains, a plug in air "freshener". We removed it, wrapped in in a plastic bag, and put it in the trash. By this time it was late and we were tired, so we decided we could probably stay in the room and tolerate the stench if we left the window open. We now realize after getting virtually no sleep that that was not a good decision. Because of the nearby railroad tracks the constant train horns kept waking us up all night, but the air freshener stench was still so strong we both had headaches and didn't want to close the window.. I am not a hyper sensitive person, but I will not be staying here again, honestly I'd rather smell smoke!

Smelly room

The room smelled so strongly of cheap air freshener that my husband had to sleep in the car. Curtain do not function so there is no way to make the room dark.
