Property was clean and well maintained. Room had a bath tub. Parking was well lit. But there was a sports team staying here that was very noisy until late.

The floor in the bathroom under the sink was dirty
The floor in the bathroom was appeared to be dirty. I took a piece of tissue and wet it then scrubbed on the floor under the sink and the tissue was very dirty. Looking at the piping under the sink revealed deposits of dust and dirt. The shower curtain had stains upon it. The curtain in the bedroom appeared to have a coke splash all over the curtain.

Cost more than other Hotels nearby
Keys had to be reset upon returning to the Hotel on most nights. Like their machine for setting the key defaults to stop working the next morning, rather than the actual time or date expected to check out. The refrigerator in the room froze any drink placed in it whether on the middle setting or the lowest setting. Yeah, exploded frozen soda drink, orange juice, or beer!

Friendly staff met me at the counter late at night. Quick and easy check in. Room is clean and updated. White sheets/bed covers are a must for me and these are spot on!!

The workers were nice our house keeper was Yolanda and she did a excellent work we ask for towels and she was very nice she offered her help with everything in our room we stayed at room 309 the tub was perfectly clean because I double check before I put my son in the bath let her know we really appreciate it her job

Phone disconnected the whole time pancake out on order except for one day Strange Hard to have room done or clean towels with phone out of order Staff very friendly Realise things are hard with COVID etc But being a Holliday inn it. Sure didn’t stand up to expectations
