Staff very friendly, Room was really nice, 2 TV"s and beds really nice. Very close to good places to eat. Will stay here again.

Haven in the Height of the Storm

Pros: Staff
Had evacuate due to Hurricane Harvey. Spent 11 nights in our 2 bedroom suite. The staff worked hard, and did their best to accommodate all guests. My Dad and I are extremely grateful for the nice suite, the personnel, and sweet people we dealt with. Thank you.

Nice staff but rooms...

The staff was great, very nice and friendly. The room it self is a different story. The walls and ceiling are painted in a semi gloss and I get it it's for cleaning but definitely not good for looks or comfort. But we did like the lay out of the room. Overall 3 out of 5

Floors were stained filthy,bed was comfy though,bathroom was nice,gym equipment was broken which was the reason for my stay and breakfast was the same everyday. I asked Chelsea about the equipment before booking which she assured was state of the art only to find out she lied.

The bed was so comfortable. Got a great night of sleep. Plus it was not too far of a drive from beach and restaurants.

Not happy

The room was very dirty and smelled like smoke. I had to request a change of rooms twice.
