I booked a regular king bed room, which are only within the underground level. As a young woman traveler, I didn’t feel as safe as there was anothe door to the parking lot barricaded by a recliner chair and stool.
Initially, the first room I had was unsatisfactory for me as the pillows had a yellow tint with hair. The bath tub had a broken piece from the drain hole. The furniture was a bit scratched up and some of the lights in the room did not work, which also added to my fear of being unsafe for an underground level room.
Also, when booking on Expedia and even arriving the hotel in person, there’s nothing that mentioned a deposit fee. Although most places do require one, it would have been nice to know the actual fee instead of when I’m arriving to pay and receive my key. Everyone before and after all questioned about the deposit fee as I noticed that they too, weren’t aware. So if you book, be sure to call for all costs.
The staff was great and super helpful. I had no problems with obtaining another room which was way better than the first one, even tho it costs more for a queen room on upper floors, just bc it has 2 beds, when I bought a king suite bedroom to begin with.
The continental breakfast was good. They had nice options but was standard options.
