Nice hotel, in safe neighborhood.

I stayed during hurricane Irma and the accommodation was appreciated. Clean room with nice furniture, TV, bed and AC

Cons: CLEAN IT UP!!
Location: Mall, eating and Parks
When we arrived to our room we found poop in the toilet, dead bugs on the floor, the stove top was torn apart, their was mold on the inside of the dresser drawer , stains on the cover and the carpet and floor was so sticky our shoes would stick to it.

Close to Suntrust Park (Bad Customer Service)

My friends and I booked this room back in March for a Atlanta Braves game on July 15th. We planned a road trip all the way from New Jersey to Atlanta for this game. While on the road I have received a phone call from the front desk of Extended Stay America stating that they have over booked my room and can only accommodate a room with a pullout and a cot in order to accommodate me and my friends. They were very rude about telling me this new and made it seem as if it was not a big deal. It baffles me that a room booked 5 months in advance would be overbooked and being notified the day before was unacceptable. I have not received any apology or compensation for professionalism of the staff at this facility.

Comfortable and easy access to Braves games.

We made an overnight stop to catch a Braves games while driving through Ga. The room itself was okay. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was clean but housekeeping obviously skipped on vacuuming the floors. It was pretty obvious. Also, they were short on clean towels, so we had to wait for some to be cleaned. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: The uber could pick us up.
Cons: better outside lighting---kinda scary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Elevator------knee replacement---had 2nd floor room
Location: We went downtown on business
You could at least provide paper cups!!!!!!!!! and more wash cloths

My place in Georgia

My work often has me in Marietta, GA and I have stayed in many of the area hotels over the last three years. ESA-Cumberland is where I feel most comfortable. The staff is superb, the hotel is convenient and the rooms are comfortable. Perfect for me!

It was great once we got our room issue squared away (we changed our trip days but it did not process through to the hotel). The hotel manager was great and eventually found us a room. We enjoyed the Braves game..it is within walking distance which is great!
