Decent hotel that had its issues

The hotel was nice enough for one night, but definitely had it’s flaws. The shower was not Clean, there was dust everywhere, floors was dirty, crumbs on the couch, and a rusty microwave that took a lot of effort to close. I think if the hotel was cleaned properly, I would have easily gave it a 3 out of 5.

It was okay place. Need coffee maker in rooms. Office needs to open up early.

OK place to stay, safe and clean.

We evacuated Florida for Hurricane Irma, this was the only hotel with availability. It was fine, the people were nice, the room was OK, nothing fantastic, but it met our needs and expectations.

Nice hotel, in safe neighborhood.

I stayed during hurricane Irma and the accommodation was appreciated. Clean room with nice furniture, TV, bed and AC

Dirty

Pros: Nothing
Cons: CLEAN IT UP!!
Location: Mall, eating and Parks
When we arrived to our room we found poop in the toilet, dead bugs on the floor, the stove top was torn apart, their was mold on the inside of the dresser drawer , stains on the cover and the carpet and floor was so sticky our shoes would stick to it.

I kept asking for a small bottle of shampoo, but they never had one. I consider that a basic item for an "Extended" stay.

You get what you pay for...

I made a last minute decision to stay in this area and arrived at 10pm to check in. Lobby doors were locked and had to call to be let in to chick in. Immediately told me the area was not the best area. No place to pull up and check in. Room numbering on outside of bldgs was very confusing. The overall appearance of the complex was OK but stairwells and parking lats had a lot of trash in them. I paid a cheap price and you get what you pay for. The room itself was OK and comfortable. Wifi was low signal but you could buy a better signal. Had a fairly new bathroom and I think the room was recently upgraded with a low cost face lift. Not bad for the price and one night only.
