Horrible lazy staff

The day we checked in I asked for dishes twice since they are to be provided as it is an extended stay. The staff never brought what we asked for, the second day we asked again and still nothing. Staff is so lazy and disrespectful. We went down to ask for towels, since they don't clean the rooms at all, and the staff was outside smoking saw us at front desk and continued to finish their smoke before coming to help us. I would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone

Bathroom clean but tight. Front desk very busy because of Traffic from FL. Location excellent if you're going to Sun Trust Field.

Just the basics, and that's fine with us. As a single mom, taking my child on vacation, I try to keep costs down where I can. I don't like to pay a ton of money for a room we are rarely in. And having a kitchen in the room, helps save money on eating out. So, there's more to spend on having fun. And the staff was fantastic. Helpful and friendly.

Not bad, but not great

The hotel, the room, and the surrounding area we're not all that bad. My only real issue was that although the room was clean, it smelled alot like ramen noodles and bleach.

The hotel was was very nice!! The only problem I had was the people above me were extremely LOUD..I had to call front desk 2or 3 times this went on till1am..other than that everything was great!!

Cons: Breakfast could be improved if salt and milk were provided for the oatmeal.
The hotel is conveniently located close to the major highways. The room was spacious with a nice kitchen area. Breakfast consisted out of packets of oatmeal, muffins and granola bars.

BLOOD SPLATTER ON WALLS AND SHEETS

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staffing.
I'm a travel agent and this is just unacceptable. We made our reservations more than a month ahead of time and when we arrived at the hotel around 7:30pm, the one of the rooms were not ready, and still being cleaned. Also, there was not enough bedding and towels for the size of our party, even though they did have notification of how many would be staying in each room. This was a horrible experience and I will never book myself or a client at one of these hotels in the future.

Great location Clean room Terrible breakfast options Bring your own towels & wash clothes because they inly give you cleans ones when you turn in your used ones. We stayed in a suite that slept 6 people. The suite had 2 of everything (towels, wash clothes, & hand towels). There was 5 of us. We went to get additional towels & wash clothes but was told that we had to turnn in used ones in order to get more...
