good location clean room good price

Pros: location
Cons: no one was at the front desk for some time to check out so I just left
Location: starbucks gas stations grocery store
grocery store, starbucks, retail etc all nearby as well as I 285

Horrible

After a 13 hour drive fleeing Hurricane Irma, we arrived to a room that was not very clean. We looked in the cabinets and there were no dishes or silverware. I had to go to the office and get them. Even the coffee maker and pots and pans we had to ask for. The utensils we're rusty. We also had to take our dirty towels to the office so they would give us clean ones. The staff was very friendly. That was the best part of our stay. Thank God we found a cabin to rent in North Georgia.

The Staff was cool everything near by. however this hotel is for someone will stay over for more than 10 days because is a full kitchen

It was dirty and unclean as well as my reservations weren't right.

The room was huge.... very disappointed in the breakfast. Oatmeal packets, coffee and muffins should not be advertised as breakfast.

You are not able to check in until 3:00. We got there about 1:30. They also did not allow us to use the restroom while we were waiting. We asked for more shampoo and it never was available during our 4 day stay.
