The staff was friendly and the housekeepers were friendly also. I reccomend this hotel to everyone.

Housekeeping

The hotel is nice, but housekeeping could be a little better. There was hair in the shower left from the previous person that had the room. Also, I had to ask for additional wash cloths there was only one in the room.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary

Words can not express the experience we had in this hotel. We had no complaints from the beginning to be end. Everything was great. The room was fit for a bride and groom. The view from our window was great. The food was excellent, and so was the restaurant staff. Our stay wasn't long enough. Thank you for all you did.

Horrible hotel

When we arrived in our hotel room early in the morning there was loud music on the floor. When we returned to our room late in the evening, the music was still loud & coming from a room 2 doors over. We complained to the desk & instead of asking the guest in the room to lower the music, we were told to bring our luggage down to the lobby & basically checked in again to a different room. We were placed in a room on a lower floor facing the parking lot - downgraded. The next day, we were shorted towels & the day after that, no wash cloths. We requested them at 9:00pm when we noticed & never received them. The staff was not the friendliest. They basically ignore you as you pass thru the lobby. The security lock was broken on the room door. The only towel rack in the bathroom is the 1 for the hand towel which hangs on the cabinet below the sink so if you are tall, you have to bend all the way down to reach it. Fresh bath towels are placed under the sink & on top of the toilet tank. The toilet is really low as if designed for a child. The water for the bathroom sink takes at least 10 minutes to get to room temperature. Also, not the in the best neighborhood. This is the 3rd time we have been to Atlanta in the last 6 months & this has been the worst hotel we've stayed in. I have never stayed at a Hyatt owned property & never will again. Spend your money elsewhere. There are a lot of great hotels in Georgia with better decor & a nicer staff.

Very nice and spacious. Close to Suntrust Park.

Pros: We like being near Suntrust Park and the spacious rooms.
Cons: The entrance could use better lighting or signage at the street.
Location: The hotel is near good food, shopping, and Suntrust Park.
We will definitely stay there again. The rooms allow a lot of hallway noise to be heard. The room was very clean, nice, and spacious. Breakfast was included and very good. Service was excellent. The hotel entrance is not easy to find, especially at night. The sign needs more lighting.

Close to Suntrust Park

Cons: Bathrooms need major renovations.
Expensive for an old hotel. Rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff is good as is the location.
