Nice staff, uncomfortable sleeping.

The hotel is a bit dowdy. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable and the room was noisy. The neighborhood is not the best. Breakfast was good and the staff tried to be helpful.

You get what you pay for...

Pros: Location was fine; staff were helpful; water was warm; basic breakfast included...
Cons: Maybe it was my particular room, but I could hear the traffic outside (Bolivians love to lean on the horn) pretty much all night long...
Location: Close to the main plaza and most historical stuff. Walking distance to the statue of Christ to (at least for me. I like to stretch my legs)...
Had everything I needed. It was fairly central and I only sleep in my room. So, for me, creature comforts aren't that big a deal. I didn't use the TV or the mini-bar. The 'restaurant' is not a breakfast only affair. I ate there one evening and it was passable. Nothing to write home about tho'...

mauvaise impression car pas de lumiere dans la chambre principale,pas possible de tenir a 2 dans la SDB et en plus la cuvette des toilette cassee qui vous pince les fesses.La TV toujours hachuree bref un service plus que moyen pour un sois disant 3 etoiles.Je suis appele a revenir a Cochabamba et il est certain que je ne prendrais plus cet hotel.
