This was nice, staff was helpful, the only observation that could be worked on is that the room closed to the elevator will always have to endure the noises that made the elevator going up and down. Not a showstopper but a bit annoying when sleeping at night. Overall a very good place to stay at Plaza Espana."

"For a 1-star hotel I was very impressed with this place. I stayed for one night but it was very clean, and appears to be relatively new. When you first get to your floor it kind of seems like a dorm layout but once you enter the room I found it very clean and perfect for my stay. The area is new so there’s not much food around or anything to do but it’s very close to bus stops and the Atocha train station. "
