Convenient Place to stay

Pros: Conveniently located to where we needed to go. Friendly Staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast.
Very enjoyable stay. Hotel staff very helpful. Provided us with room upgrade as the floor that the room we had originally booked was now under renovation and staff gave us different room in quieter area of hotel.

NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN!

Pros: The breakfast wasn't too bad.
Cons: Clean the rooms, good grief! I cannot even imagine what's done in them to have them so dirty. The rugs~!
Location: The only thing good is that there is a Tim Hortons right beside, walk over and get a coffee.
Where do I start? First of all, we didn't ask for a wheelchair room but that's what we got, no where on Expedia was it posted. Rug was filthy!, We took pictures of these huge stains, the couch mattress had no cushioning, you could feel the mattress coils, literally. The King bed was just as hard, no extra pillows and blankets, even tho we asked. Room temp was hard to regulate. I had visions of bed bugs...

Pretty Good!

The hotel was nice. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was good, but one day, some fo the food was out too long and was crunchy. The only nagative was the room was not cleaned well. We stayed more than one night and the cleaning was minimal. Not all the garbages got emptied, the floor was not cleaned, and the bathroom was not cleaned. The microwave did not work but they did replace it for us. A great positive was that when we check out they gave a us a fairly nice refund for our inconveniece. I was very happy how they handled our dissappointed espcially since it was out granddaughter who mentioned out concerns. I would definitely stay there again:)

Everything was okay except the room they put us in had tarps covering the whole side so you could not see out. No mention was made of this when checking in.

Close to Calgary and the mountains

Poor housekeeping on 2nd day

Coffee maker did not work and wasn't fixed or replaced after it was requested. No face cloths, fresh glasses, lack of cleaning properly. Breakfast on the 2nd morning there was sparse and many items were missing... Front desk attendant was not very welcoming or approachable. Lack of decent hotel accommodation in Cochrane is appalling!

Nice hotel close to restaurants and downtown.

Pros: Great location, clean, room facilities were excellent.
Cons: Our room keys were only programmed for one night and not the 4 nights that we had already paid for.
Location: Sight seeing, down town shopping, local events.
We had a nice 4 night stay that was comfortable, breakfast was good, hotel services great!

We had a short overnight stay with the family. Had a refreshing swim and waterslide after a long drive.
