December Stay

Pros: The newly renovated rooms are really nice, with comfortable beds, new carpet and furniture.
Cons: Improve the communication skills of your staff, to respond in a polite manner.
I've stayed at this location a number of times in the past couple of years. The service and quality of the hotel has been good and the newly renovated rooms are nice. I was however disappointed when I called the front desk after two days of no room services and I was never provided an apology but an excuse "we're busy". I however responded that this occurs each and every time I stay. My expectation is not high but this felt like it was subpar.

The room had a musty smell to it and the shower had no water pressure.

Dated but adequate facility.

This aging but adequate hotel has excellent outdoor features, a garden like courtyard and a well-maintained boardwalk to the beach. The bathroom, kitchenette need updating, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

We arrived late at night and were given an end room in an out building on street level. The weather was near freezing and there was a draft coming in under the door. The heater/ ac was blowing cold air and had to sleep with a jacket on to keep warm. Definitely the worst hotel experience in my life! Talked to the manager next morning and he had maintenance check the heater and he confirmed that it was not working. I was given a $50.00 gift card.

Hotel just ok but close to beach.

Did not get what i paid for!

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Location: Good location
It' I thought I was going to a Hotel. It did not s not a Hotel Its Motel rooms Strewn in different Buildings. It looked an awful lot better in the Photos

Convenient to NASA

Good breakfast. Multiple breakfast rooms to accommodate multiple buildings in the complex. Staff was very helpful.

Nice hotel and nice beach access

Cons: Door to balcony - lock sticks
Location: good access to variety of restauraunts
Nice facilities recently remodeled - very nice. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Great location

We had a pet friendly room and it had a very strong pet smell/odor. I mentioned it to front desk and they did use something to cover it when they cleaned the room but it was back the next day. Pet rooms should not have carpet. Otherwise everything was great!
