Coconut Creek Vacations from $638

The AC was working. When we checked in we were told that it was just the “lobby”. We later learned that the person at the desk was told to lie and they knew it was a problem throughout most of the hotel. We had reserved/requested an upgraded room and even though the hotel was almost empty we were not given that room. We had a oceanfront view room however we had to keep the drapes closed to try to keep as much heat out as possible. There were very few lights in the room, so we were stuck in a hot dark room. It was miserable. There was supposed to be valet parking however we only saw a valet once. I would NOT recommend this hotel! We tried to move to the hotel next door (Four Seasons) however it was full due to the World Cup team from Portugal staying there. Although the Tideline has undergone a remodeling recently it is not a high quality hotel. There is a saying about putting lipstick on a pig….Don’t fall for the pictures. DO NOT stay at the Tideline.

I have ZERO complaints about this resort! Everything was truly truly amazing! I definitely will return!

The room is lovely and the staff are very helpful. It would be wonderful if there were more essentials available for purchase in the hotel. Also,

The property has s beachfront with great beach access and pool. Restaurant and coffee/snack area well maintained. Food was good. The room was comfortable but we could not get cleaning service for our 4 day stay which was disappointing and was requested numerous times each morning. We even asked on our floor each time we saw the cleaning staff and requested at the front desk each day. Each time we were told it would be provided. We would come back from the beach late afternoon and it was not cleaned.

Amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us the best recommendations. The property is so clean and beautiful. I would go back again and stay there. We were traveling with 2 kids, they were so accomodating and helpful.
