The hotel staff was all very nice. The room wasn't very clean. Dirt was sticking to the bottom of our feet (whole room was tile), a few stains on the sheets and one set of outlets next to the bed did not work. Roof top pool would beautiful. We would go back.

Beautiful comfy place

This hotel was so amazing we could go back right now. Bed was too comfy, not a complaint but made it imposition leave it :) only one negative was that we bought souvenir cup while on baseball game and it had gone missing from our room. Apart from that amazing, bounce bath on balcony every day, great upgrade as our honeymoon and amazing stuff.

Horrible experience not worth the money

Hotel needs some tlc rooms need some updating and cleaning tiles cracked floor bathroom floor not clean

Nice hotel great location.

Pros: The staff, rooftop pool and food.
Cons: Could be cleaner, glass table tops were not well cleaned as too the patio windows. The usual major areas of concern like beds and bath tubs were fine.
Location: Lots of shopping, good restaurants, walking and gardens to see. Near the ocean too if you like looking at boats. :)
The staff worked very hard to please us. Genuinely friendly and excellent service. The restaurant food was very good. It is an older hotel and therefore has some 'character' but it was clean. I would recommend it but more for the location and the rooftop pool. I did not see the inside of the gym so cannot comment. Don't bother with the in-room hot tub option-not worth it.

overall nice, pool are nice as well. A bit to strick when it comes to the cabanas, i was the only person there with kids and husband... cabana too expensive and it should be on website. since the images looks so inviting. overall service was great. room was lovely.

Beautiful!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Such a unique hotel and full of beauty and relaxation. 15 minute drive to SoBe. A perfect balance of history and culture and a short drive to the beautiful beaches and nightclubs. Definitely worth it

Location is not the best

Hotel is old. Needs renovation badly. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. They only made the bed. We had to request several items (Face cloths, soap, etc) to be replaced daily. Shower remained dirty the entire stay.

Excellent location

This is my third time to stay at the Mayfair. Reason for the "fair" review of service - tub could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Otherwise everything was good.
