Nice place to stay, friendly staff, clean room

Posted Sep 30, 2017
Pros: Everything except the thin walls
Cons: Walls
Location: close to town and restaurants. Lots of things to do in the summertime. We were there in September and some of the attractions (Rodeo) had closed down
Only complaint was you could hear neighbors (though for the most part they were quiet). Walls are thin. Everything else was perfect

One night stay in Cody

Posted Aug 26, 2017
Pros: Location, comfortable
The hotel is very convenient to downtown Cody, The woman at the front desk was very helpful and gave us the name of a great restaurant within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to most everything we wanted to do. It was a very clean comfortable room. We loved the coffee maker in our room. We would definitely stay here again. Donna and Bill

Great area and Motorcyclist Friendly

Posted Jul 20, 2017 on Hotels
Nice and clean, and the owners are biker friendly with wash station available. Not that it's mainly a biker's hotel, plenty of families too. Just nice to have a place cater to motorcyclists' needs.

Kudos to the housekeeping staff. The room was very clean. However, it was very old and outdated, and very expensive for the quality. Also, the coffee maker didn't work. The refrigerator was not plugged in. We plugged it in when we arrived, and it quickly froze all our drinks.

Clean is our main goal. The Keurig machines are new, but if the directions are followed (those that are printed on the machine), it won't work. The refrigerators are not plugged in all the time to conserve on energy and keep them from freezing and seizing. Check the thermostat and the drinks won't freeze. Currently the highest rated, lowest priced downtown property with a 4 month season. There are multi million dollar properties for hundreds more. Remember, you're visiting the world's first national park during peak season outside the least expensive gate surrounding Yellowstone.

It was quiet, and clean. in the downtown area, with an easy walk to restaurants and other places. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice but dated. People were very friendly and helpful. Rooms could use a few more electrical receptacles. Nice place if on a budget.

All beds are KING or Queen sized, one level park just outside your door! Enjoy our gas grill and picnic tables while you do your laundry in our guest laundry. Walk downtown to all the best shops and restaurants. Being "dated" is part of the experience and culture of the Wild West. There are much more dated properties in town.
